SES Programs
In accordance with No Child Left Behind federal mandates, students at Whitehall Prep and Fitness Academy may be eligible to receive supplemental educational services at no cost to you. Registration for these programs is available from August 16th through September 15th and from September 16th through October 10th. More information on these programs, including student eligibility requirements and available providers, is available at the front office.
In the 2010-2011 school year, 22 students are eligible for services totaling $41,331 in costs. Currently all 22 spots are filled.
In the 2009-2010 school year, 28 students were eligible for services and 28 students participated in the program costing a total of $49,049.
Public School Choice
Following the federal guidelines regarding the school's status, we are notifying you that you have the following options:
- You may continue to have your child attend Whitehall Preparatory and Fitness Academy, which is the option we hope you will choose.
- Students may return to their home public school.
Students are eligible to attend a school in a district that is not in school improvement. However, other districts may be serving their own public school choice students and may not agree to accept your child.
If you have any questions regarding either of these programs, please stop by the front office and the Principal can tell you more.
